Tathastu Interior – Terms and Conditions:

Scope of Services: Tathastu Interior provides interior design and consultation services tailored to meet the specific needs of clients. Our services include but are not limited to conceptualization, space planning, material selection, and project management.
Client Collaboration: We prioritize open communication and collaboration with our clients throughout the design process. Clients are encouraged to provide clear and timely feedback to ensure their vision is accurately realized.
Design Approval: Clients are required to review and approve all design concepts, layouts, and material selections before the commencement of any work. Any modifications requested after approval may result in additional charges and project delays.
Project Timeline: Tathastu Interior strives to adhere to agreed-upon project timelines; however, unforeseen circumstances such as material availability or construction delays may impact project completion dates. Clients will be kept informed of any changes to the timeline.
Fees and Payments: Clients are responsible for the payment of all design fees, material costs, and any additional expenses incurred during the project. A deposit may be required prior to the commencement of work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
Intellectual Property: All design concepts, drawings, and documents produced by Tathastu Interior remain the intellectual property of the company. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the designs for the intended project only.
Liability: While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and quality of our work, Tathastu Interior shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of the client’s use of our services or reliance on our designs.
Termination of Services: Either party may terminate the agreement in writing with prior notice. Tathastu Interior reserves the right to terminate services if the client fails to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
